How We Deal: A podcast
How We Deal is a podcast Ian Shea and I started about a year ago. We took a break and have since resumed. The topic, as you might have guessed by the name, is about how we deal internally with assorted challenges and dynamics in our lives. ‘Impostor Syndrome’
Ian and I talk about striking a balance while still trying to be successful, and the definition of “impostor syndrome.”

Ian and I discuss the sheer volume of information we’re taking in these days—both good and bad—and how it’s affecting us in ways we might not realize.
